The 8,000 new homes and hundreds of thousands of square feet of commercial space already approved must not be allowed to be built without concurrency. 1.3 Future potable water demand must not exceed sustainable yields. 2.1 South Kohala District should be designated as a "critical road area." This designation should cover a lot more than just rezonings. It should be included in the concurrency requirements for all plan approval. 2.2 New roads in Waimea and South Kohala should incorporate "complete street" standards automatically. I totally agree with 1.5, 3.1, 4.1 and 4.2. Bets Lawrence
